Bread & Butter Concepts (BBC) announced that a new Corporate Headquarters location is under development in the Crossroads Arts District in Kansas City, Missouri. The multi-use space under development is located at 1720 Cherry Street, Kansas City, MO. The BBC headquarters is currently located in West Plaza – Kansas City, MO.
BBC’s headquarters building will house three entities: the growing corporate team, a new event space named Celebration, and Missing Ingredient (urban farm). BBC has partnered with previous BBC employees and entrepreneurs, Chris DiGirolamo and Joseph Carr, in the Missing Ingredient urban farm, which provides hyper-local, extremely fresh, nutritious, pesticide- & herbicide-free produce.
BBC’s ‘Celebration’ event center will be home to the company’s R&D kitchen that will act as the event kitchen and test kitchen for BBC restaurants. There will also be a full bar and will have an indoor and outdoor venue for special occasions – with the ability to transform for a casual celebration or a sophisticated affair. The event center, scheduled to start booking in September/October 2016, will feature a mix of both industrial and refined elements. Bread & Butter Concepts CEO & Founder, Alan Gaylin, will work closely with Realm Architecture & Design to ensure the ideal architectural aesthetic.
